How a client's six-week challenge runs from 1 Oct, what we tested, and the calls Jamie still needs to make.
Every screen here is the combined launch build, run on sample data. No real clients appear. The first-day screens are captured before the season starts, so Home counts down to 1 Oct.
Priya Sample joins from her invite. JFI asks one thing per screen, then builds her plan. It took testers about 2 minutes, down from almost 6.

Nine short questions from JFI.

Plan built, first day laid out.

Scroll sideways for every step.
Alex Sample, day 19 of 42. Open the app and JFI already knows what's next.
One line from JFI and one big button. Everything else for today sits in a short list, with tomorrow at the bottom.
Three rows show, the rest fold into "2 more today".

Under the workout: Something shorter, Move to a free day, or Already done. The 20 minute version still counts as today's workout.
Missed a day? Home says "Start again today". No catch-up, no lost points.

Today's workout leads. Start, log each set, and finished exercises fold away so the next one is always in view.
Swapping an exercise keeps the sets you've logged.

Your next meal comes first, with one Mark eaten button. Tomorrow's meals are there to plan the shop.
Recipes search, a readable shopping list, one Add food.

Points, week and rank at a glance, then this week's challenge. Games, map and rewards fold under one row.
A new challenge every Thursday.

Tap the + and Ask JFI. It opens on today's plan with one Start button, plus three quick questions.
Every push from JFI opens the exact screen it talks about.

Eight testers each played a different client, three rounds in two days, and scored one question: is it as easy as opening Instagram?
Round 1 · 27 Sep
3.8 / 10"I wouldn't know what to do tomorrow." Six tasks on Home, no first step.
Round 2 · 27 Sep night
5.0 / 10One next move on Home. Setup still slow, screens disagreed on dates.
Round 3 · 28 Sep
6.0 / 10"Opening the app and doing the first thing is easy." Scores 5 to 7.
Testers used a practice copy with sample data, so some of what they hit only happens there. Every fix is checked again before go-live.
Product and marketing only. Everything else is being handled.
The site promised prizes "before 1 October". The only prize named in the app is 12 weeks of free PT. What do the Champion and each path winner get?
The website says +100. The app gives 150 when the week matches your path, 100 otherwise. Keep 150 and fix the site, or make it 100 for everyone?
Setup offers five: Strong, Tone, Trim, Fit and Wellbeing. Some copy says four. Which is it?
The page says real trainers at 18 Melbourne gyms, the brief says 17. Which number goes out on 1 Oct?
The board ranks by points. The Champion is picked after week 6 by the 60/30/10 rule, and the board says so. Keep it, or rank by the champion rule all along?
Prize winners need JF+, but there is no JF+ or 3-session pack checkout link in the app yet. Which links should it use?
Every meal card shows its calories. Keep them (Gabrielle's view and the design so far), or hide them for clients who hate counting?
Tomorrow is look-only so clients can plan the shop. Should they be able to tick meals ahead?
Nothing goes out before 7am, so a 6am trainer gets the plan after their session. Keep 7am, or allow earlier?
Right now Quiet and Light get no habit reminders. Is that right, or should Light keep one?
Injury notes and "make it lighter" requests go to the client's trainer. Who gets them when there's no trainer? Gabrielle is the suggestion.
When a client tells JFI about an injury, feeling unwell or cancelling, JFI stops coaching that and passes it to a person. Turn it on before the pushes start? Recommended.
